I started working for ProStep as a contract therapist for another company.  After one month of working here, I switched to ProStep and after 2 ½ years I still have no regrets.  I tell people all the time that I live 6 blocks from a nursing home and 2 miles from another and yet I drive 1 hour each way to work here.  What I love about this company besides the great benefits and flexibility of schedules is that I get to be the type of therapist I wanted to become when I entered this profession.  During these past couple of years I have been allowed to look at the needs of the building and develop programs that were fun and exiting and made me feel like a better therapist, because I was meeting all of the needs of our short-term as well as long-term residents.  I love the new ProStep University that allows me to keep learning at my pace at no cost to me.  Since I started working for ProStep I have been surrounded by great staff, a large size gym and a supportive company that has made coming to work each day a fulfilling rewarding experience.
