I have been with ProStep for over three years and it has been the best career move I have made. My therapy career has been focused in long term care and management for several years, but with ProStep I have found the support and resources to be above and beyond any company I have worked with in the past. ProStep recognized my need to grow and be challenged early on and I was given the opportunity to pursue challenges that helped to develop my management skills. Since I have been with the company, I have been promoted twice. I am now performing in a capacity that I feel bests suits my skills as I continue to learn and grow. ProStep is very customer service oriented with one of their most important customers being the employees. Last year I suddenly became very ill and was unable to work for six weeks. From the entire company, I knew there was sincere concern for my wellness. The kind way I was treated while I was away from my position and the additional support I was given when returning after a six week absence gave me the absolute reassurance that ProStep was the place I was meant to be.
