In fact, ProStep leads the industry in individualized attention by allocating an average of one Regional Director to every seven facilities.   A designated site facility rehab coordinator is available full time on location to serve each customer’s daily operational needs, including representing therapy at essential meetings to promote cohesive care across disciplines.  Core tenets of our management philosophy include:
